6 weeks: start Wednesday January 05 or Saturday January 08 or Sunday January 09
12 weeks: start Wednesday January 05 or Saturday January 08 or Sunday January 09

Early Risers - Women

We are pleased to introduce an early start option for women. We're aiming for a fast 'go anywhere' group and a cruisy 'go most places' group.

Days taught: Sundays
Session time: 7:45am - 10:00am
