Women Winter Workout (ages 19 and up)

Come get your fresh air and exercise on these guided snowshoe walks. Discuss fitness tips, then enjoy an apres snow social in our cozy Rock Chute Lounge.

Times: 7:00pm - 9:30pm

Moms and Babes Snowshoe

This invigorating snowshoe series is especially for Moms and babies. Enjoy a 90 minute guided snowshoe tour followed by tea and a thematic talk in our heated Yurt. Themes address Mom and/or baby wellness and will vary each week. Moms must be able to carry their babies for at least 90 minutes and have their own comfortable carrier. Change tables available before and after snowshoeing.

Includes snowshoes, trail pass, guide, tea, snack, and speakers.

Times: 1:00pm - 3:30pm

Travel directions: From Vancouver head west on Hwy 1, cross the Second Narrows Bridge, take the 3rd exit (# 22) onto Mount Seymour Parkway, and follow the signs to Mount Seymour Provincial Park. Turn left at Mount Seymour Road (at Mohawk Station) and continue 15 minutes up the road.
