BEGINNER SNOWBOARD CLINICS FOR WOMEN 30+

No previous snow sports experience expected and no ID's will be checked for proof of age!

Women's beginner clinics are the perfect way to discover the thrilling sport of snowboarding. Small classes, female instructor, personal help with equipment and teaching tailored to women's learning styles make your first day on a snowboard hassle-free. A perfect gift for your mom, wife, or friend.

Advantages of a women's snowboard clinic:

Clinician: Ava Bise, Level II Certified Snowboard Instructor, AASI (American Association of Snowboard Instructors).

Ava Bise has been teaching snowboarding at Mountain High since 1999. Having learned to snowboard at age 44, she is particularly sensitive to the needs of women. Ava combines an extraordinary teaching patience with her enthusiasm for snowboarding. Ava believes that every woman, regardless of age, can learn to snowboard; and that the excitement is enhanced by sharing the challenge and fun with other women. Sunset Sessions: Park Clinics for Girls

Mountain High Resort and ROXY have partnered to create Sunset Sessions, a new series of evening park clinics for girls in January and February. Geared towards girls who are comfortable on green and blue runs, Sunset Sessions provides an encouraging environment where participants can progress at their own pace with Mountain High’s certified female coaches. The ROXY Team ups the experience on select days by hitting the slopes with the girls and providing ROXY product demos.

Sunset Sessions is offered in two four-week sessions and takes place every Wednesday in January and February from 7-9pm. For $99.00* each participant receives a four week clinic, an opportunity to demo ROXY snowboards, and a chance to ride with the ROXY Team.
