Photo: women's ski class Are you ready to transform your skiing beyond your wildest dreams? We are acutely aware that this is your ski holiday and your enjoyment is our top priority. All courses encompass techniques and tactics to enable you to achieve your dream.

Successful learning strategies, to maximize enjoyment, progress, ability, understanding and energy levels. Theory is simple and effective, practiced on the move with regular feedback. On slope video playback to see for yourself!

Ski Principles courses are small, maximum is six women per group giving plenty of opportunity for group interaction and personal attention. Sessions are a minimum of 3 hours to enable us to make the most of the magnificent Three Valleys area. We aim to group people of similar standards, with similar skiing likes and dislikes, so fun and great skiing fill the agenda.

Performance Courses start on a Monday and are 3 half days and 1 full day. Half days are 3 hour sessions working on specific skills. The full day provides an opportunity to seek out the best terrain to perfect and enjoy.

Dates for Winter 2007/08:
January 14-18	Red Challenge: happy with most aspects of your performance except high end - ski out of your skin, in full command
January 28-February 01	Red Cruiser: happy on most reds in good conditions - make that all reds in all conditions! Red Challenge: happy with most aspects of your performance except high end - ski out of your skin, in full command
March 03-07	Blue Evolution: if you love the thought of skiing but reality doesn't live up to expectations - it's time it did! Blue Adventurer: parallel on most blues and some reds but your technique can't keep up - let's make it easy!
