Wild Mountain Women's Academy

The Academy is open to women 18 years old and over, of all ability levels, from beginners to advanced skiers and riders.

Whether your objective is to learn the basics of a snowsport or to ski or ride in control on any terrain in any conditions, our experienced women instructors are ready to help you realize your goals. Develop new skills, improve existing technique, and have fun with other women who share your objectives.

Night school is available for those who are unable to attend during the day.

WOMEN'S RACE CAMP

Gain insight into the competitive world of women’s racing while learning in a friendly environment for women by women. Holding to the belief that good skiers make good racers, the camp philosophy of simplicity and lots of on-the-snow training is sure to jump start your racing season and give you the competitive edge. You will start by working on four areas of ski fundamentals. After working on the mechanics of skiing you will be ready to drill on race principles and tactics. In addition to gate training and tactics, you will be working on starts, finishes and mental preparation.

WOMEN’S RACE REFRESHER

Skiing Women Ages 18+

Designed for women actively participating in racing, especially those who have been to the Women’s Race Camp. Build on the base you have as you work with your coach to enhance existing skills and develop new ones. One session will be offered, and it is limited to 8 participants. Lunch is included.

Time: 9:30am-3:30pm
