WOW – Women’s Only Wednesday

Enjoy a continental breakfast along with an exciting morning discussion designed especially for women. Then head out onto the slopes with on-hill clinics taught by women! To end the day, enjoy a delicious lunch with your instructors.

- Yoga, Skiing/Riding Exercises and Nutrition
- Strength and Power
- Stance and Balance
- Physical and Psychological Gender Differences
- Confidence Building
- Equipment and Boot Fitting
- Video Analysis to Enhance Basic Skills and Improve Personal Skiing/Snowboarding

Program
- Enjoy a half day of skiing or snowboarding on our well groomed trails
- Professional lesson clinic with the Pats Peak Ski & Snowboard School
- WOW Program meets for a continental breakfast at 9:00am in the Sleigh Room
- Lunch with your ski/snowboard instructor in the Sleigh Room
- Every Wednesday for 7 weeks beginning January 4, 2006.
