Ladies Day Specialty Clinics

Ladies Day Specialty Clinics offer ladies from beginner to advanced skill levels the opportunity to learn to ski or snowboard, or simply improve their skills at one of the most scenic mountains on the Wasatch Front.

The clinic offers four half day lessons. The Ladies groups are lead and taught by our top ski and snowboard instructors who create a safe, fun, learning environment for all. A buffet luncheon is offered after the last day of lessons to savor and recall the fun and experiences everyone enjoyed.

Dates for Winter 2009/2010:
Session 1 (Tue): January 05, 12, 19 and 26
Session 1 (Thur): January 07, 14, 21 and 28
Session 2 (Tue): February 02, 09, 16 and 23
Session 2 (Thur): February 04, 11, 18 and 25

Add On: Children's Clinic
Mothers may enroll their children for a four day program. They can also learn to ski and board while Mom is out on the slopes. The children must be 6-12 years of age for skiers, and 7-12 years of age for snowboarders to receive the discount. Lunch will be offered to the children on the last day while the moms are enjoying their luncheon.

Women's Ski Seminar

Sundance Snowsports offers a unique opportunity for the intermediate to advanced woman skier to immerse herself in four full days of skiing in the beauty of the retreat-like setting of Sundance Resort, situated in the midst of 6,000 acres of spectacular Utah wilderness.

The intermediate to advanced skier will develop confident foundational movements through Sundance’s Home Base teaching principles. These movements will enable you to be comfortable skiing regardless of varying snow conditions, terrain or weather variations. They are simple and fun and will anchor your skiing style and efficiency to a contemporary level, allowing you to get the most out of your new equipment technology. Home Base skiing movements are created and extended concepts from Professional Ski Instructors of America.

Daily indoor sessions are included to reinforce the mountain skiing experience. Resort lodging is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the lifts, restaurants, and Sundance Spa. Après ski offerings include yoga, spa treatments, cross country skiing, and art classes.
