Ladies day cross country ski clinics

Ladies Day at the Nordic Center has been incredibly popular and continues to gain momentum each year. With around 60 women participating each week, it became obvious that cross country skiing is a really enjoyable activity for women. Participating in the Nordic Center Ladies Day at Sundance is a great way to stay in shape during the winter months in an environment that is fun and friendly, safe, and affordable.

Whether you are looking to try cross country skiing for the first time, or wanting to build on your existing skills, this is a program by women for women. Lessons are offered for beginner, intermediate and advanced ability levels in both traditional and skate styles. At just $30, ladies will be provided with a performance rental package, an all day pass for trail usage and a 1 1/2 hour lesson from one of our top instructors. Spend the day with your closest friends or make new ones as you experience the breathtaking views from the Nordic Center trails.

Sessions begin at 10:00am, but Ladies are encouraged to arrive early to sign in and be fitted for rental equipment. The Nordic Center will accomodate anyone who shows up the day of a session, however they encourage you to call ahead to let them know you will be attending one of the Ladies Day sessions.

Ladies Intro to Nordic Program

Time: Sessions begin at 10:00 am and are 1 1/2 hrs. long
It is recommended to call and sign up for a session before it begins.
Ladies are encouraged to arrive early to sign in and be fitted for rental equipment if needed.

Dates for Winter 2011/2012:
Session 1 Dates (Fridays): January 06, 13, 20 and 27
Session 2 Dates (Fridays): February 03, 10, 17 and 24
